General And Business English

This course enables the student to join a General English class together with an extra lesson of Business English, which could be offered as a one-to-one lesson or in a group. Our Combined General & Business English Course is ideal for students who are eager to improve their English in a group setting and who would also like to increase their English fluency and accuracy within a professional setting. This course is recognised by Bildungsurlaub.

Courses run daily from Monday to Friday and the minimum duration is one week. Our General & Business English courses start on every Monday throughout the year with the exception of a two week break during the Christmas season.  Students can commence their course on any Monday they choose. All students are asked to sit for an online placement test before they arrive. This ensures that they join a course appropriate for their level of English.  General and Business English courses are held at different levels throughout the year.

The minimum number of participants to run a General English class at each level is 6. If there are less than 6 participants in a particular class, students will be informed of the reduction of hours (according to the Reduced Hour Policy) with their weekly lesson schedule. The applies to Business English lessons.

Course Fee Per Week

General & Business English course fees are discounted according to the number of weeks booked.

Other Fees

A one-time registration fee of €35 and a coursebook fee of €55 are applicable to every enrolment. An additional summer supplement of €35 per week is applicable for courses from 15th June to 28th August 2026.
