A 'vacation week' is considered to be 1 whole week from Monday to Friday only. Any other variations will not be considered as vacation weeks, and missed individual days will not be compensated.
Notes for the Academic Office:
By ticking the boxes below, you confirm that you have understood the following:*
Forms submitted less than one week before departure may result in the forfeiture of the tuition week, at the discretion of the Academic Office.

Submitting this vacation form (at least 2 weeks prior to the request vacation week) means that the Academic Office will mark your attendance as 'Authorised Absence' for that specified week.

Any vacation week taken beyond your agreed vacation entitlement will be recorded as an absence, affecting your overall attendance rate.

Holidays must be taken as a whole week (with 1 week being considered as a Monday to a Friday only). No compensation will be given for individual vacation days taken.

For students on a study visa, a minimum attendance of 80% is required in accordance with visa regulations.

The School may share your enrolment, attendance, and whereabouts with the relevant authorities if officially requested.
