Step 1: Check the Brochure and decide what course and/or accommodation you would like to apply for. Chat with us on skype (username: info@universitylanguageschool.com) or email us for more information. One of our representatives will support you and give you advice and recommendation specific to your needs.
Step 2: Fill out an Application form and email it on info@universitylanguageschool.com. Make sure to read and sign that you accept the Terms and Conditions attached to the Application Form.
Step 3: The office will send you a link to our online test. This is required for us to know the level of English and to assign students in a class suited to their level.
Step 4: Receive an acceptance email and an invoice from our School.
Step 5: Pay 25% of the total amount invoiced within 5 days of receiving an invoice- this is required for the School to book your course, accommodation and other services in full. You can affect a deposit payment via online bank transfer or online. Email us back with proof of your payment for our records. This does not apply to Visa assisted students.
Step 6: Receive a deposit confirmation from our office and confirmation of your booking details.
Step 7: Pay the remaining invoice balance up to 10 days prior to your arrival in Malta to keep your booking. Email us back with proof of your payment for our records. Our office will reply, confirming that we have received full payment and we will provide you with further logistical information before your arrival.
Step 8: Take your flight to Malta and attend your first lesson on Monday at 09:00am. We suggest new students to come to the office at 08:45 so a representative can welcome them, provide further information and take them to class.
The maximum number of students in an Adult class is 14 while the maximum number of students in a Teenager class is 15.
