It is always sad to say goodbye to our lovely students when it is time for them to return home. Being a small school we have the luxury to get to know our students, to call them by name and we often become friends as well. We have student welfare at heart and we do not only help our students in their language proficiency but in other areas too.

One of the biggest hurdles in learning a language is building confidence. Although some of our students have exceptional grammar skills, they are hesitant to speak English. What they need is to be in an English-speaking environment and since we are a residential school, our students have the opportunity to meet other nationalities, not only from the school but also from ERASMUS or International University students.

Given this opportunity, we help our students build their confidence to mingle and practice English with proficient users or even native speakers. Once our students gain our trust and feel more confident, they are free to visit us when they wish and this results in forging a friendship. At the end of their stay, it becomes hard to say goodbye, and we prefer to say see you later… and many times our students do come back!
