The course is run by experienced managers who are also qualified English teachers. Therefore, it allows for both a combination of experience and academic excellence.
The course is designed according to the students’ needs and may include the following topics: Human resource management, business correspondence, internal and external communication, and customer care. It covers very specific hospitality vocabulary.
This package includes:
• A needs analysis which enables the students to discuss their requirements with their teacher
• A classroom course with a minimum of 8 students
• 15 hours tuition per calendar week
• Official achievement and attendance certificates issued by Malta University Language School on completion of the course
