Prior to starting any course at ISL, students need to take a Placement Test. This enables the academic staff to assess the student's level and to determine which class to place them in. At the end of the course, students have the option of taking an achievement test and receiving a Certificate of Achievement or else they can opt to receive a Certificate of Attendance only.
General English
This course is available all year round, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 12:30. Each week consists of 15 hours of lessons (reduced to 8 hours if there is only one student at a particular level)
The levels are:
- Beginners
- Elementary
- Pre-Intermediate
- Intermediate
- Upper Intermediate
- Advanced
The maximum number of students in a class is 15.
All materials are included. Long-stay rates are available on request.
