"Senglea and Marsa tied during yesterday's annual Freedom Day regatta, which led to jubilant scenes on both sides. Youths swam to buoys for a closer look and people cheered noisily along Grand Harbour, as the legendary rowers took to their oars. Last year, the Freedom Day regatta was won by Vittoriosa."
