Saturday 10th – Squadron Festival – €25-35. Held at Buskett Roadhouse – limit of Rabat. This year's edition will stage one of the biggest line-ups ever to hit Malta, featuring only the hottest acts in Nu-Rave, Fidget House, Electro, Techno and House. Until Sunday 25th – Design-ation! MCAST Art & Design End of Year Exhibition – Held at St James Cavalier upper galleries. “Design-ation will stamp out bad design! This is the underlying theme of the 2010 End-of-Year Exhibition set up by the MCAST Institute of Art and Design. With over 120 students presenting their work, this is the largest ever showcase set up by the Institute of Art and Design since its inception.”
Monday 12th – Wednesday 14th - Ospizio – Students = €10. Others = €15. Starts at 2100h. Presented by Theatre Anon. Held in Floriana in what was originally a powder mill built by the Knights, and then became an institution for the old, the sick, the infirm, orphaned and unwanted children, prostitutes and the destitute. It is from this background that the story will be derived. The audience is encouraged to wear good footwear as this will not be the usual type of “performance”! Friday 23rd – August 1st – The Farsons Great Beer Festival- FREE. Held at Ta’Qali. Startsat 2000h each day.
