The whole month - Christmas & New Year's Celebrations
Christmas is a highly celebrated festivity in Malta and Gozo, as well as an important date on the religious calendar. Nativity scenes, crib displays, carol services and other events are organised in each locality, as well as the usual tinsil and fairylight decorations in shop windows. Christmas is actually especially nice in Malta as you really get a feeling of "Christmas spirit". Take the time to walk around this December and don't forget to wish a stranger "Merry Christmas".
