In summer the sea in Malta is warm and calm. It has the perfect conditions if you wish to learn adventurous sea activities such as scuba diving and sea kayaking. On days when the wind blows, it's still nice and warm and great if you want to try sailing or windsurfing.
On land, you will notce that Malta is "a rock". Why not embrace that fact and try rock climbing!
Our Adventure Package contains taster sessions for these activities:
• PADI Discover Scuba Diving
• Rock Climbing
• Sailing or Windsurfing
The PADI Discover Scuba Diving is a 3 hour session which covers the very basics of scuba diving. You start with a DVD, then go into shallow water to practice skills, then finally into the sea to swim with the fish. This session is fantastic if you are not sure if you want to do a full cerification corse. It can also be credited towards the PADI Open Water Diver course if you decide you like it!
Discover Rock Climbing is also a 3 hour activity which allows you to learn the basic climbing skills in a practical and safe way under the direct supervision of qualified expert outdoor instructors. It will cover basic rope work, equipment selection and most importantly, it will give you the chance to climb some of Malta's classic routes!
Choose between either the Sailing Taster Session or the Windsurfing Taster Session which give you your first experience of these exhilarating sports. Each session takes 3 hours and are held in groups with a maximum of 5 students per instructor.
The price for the Adventure Package is 150 euros per person.
